Discover California
Americans have been “California Dreamin” for decades, with visions of sunny beaches and movie stars. In reality, California is one of the most diverse states in the country. California has both the highest peak in the lower 48 (Mt. Whitney) as well as the lowest point at Death Valley. Surprisingly, you can visit both in the same day!
Northern California is pretty rugged and remote, with rocky shores and redwood forests, then there’s San Francisco, a city unlike any other in the States that you must experience at least once. Nearby Napa Valley has been drawing winemakers and wine tasters for decades. National Parks like Yosemite, Sequoia and Joshua Tree all hold unique landscapes and outdoor experiences. The Central California coastline is one of the best road trips in the United States, with dramatic cliffs and secluded beaches. Then there’s Southern California, with glamorous Los Angeles and surf-vibes of San Diego.
You can’t just visit California in one trip; it would take a lifetime to experience all of the amazing California destinations.
