The Kirtland Nativity scene displays are so much more than your typical nativity scene. One of the most unique things about all of these scenes is that they are all made from different materials- traditional fabrics, porcelain, wood, glass and more. There are nearly 1,000 different nativity scenes from around the world. These nativity scenes are based on how different cultures celebrate the birth of Christ. This is one of the most moving and educational Christmas activities in Ohio that you will find.
If you have children with you when you visit Kirtland, be sure to check out The Children’s Room. This is an exhibit that is child-friendly, so you don’t have to be nervous about them touching or breaking anything. The kids can also spend time dressing up and taking part in a Nativity Scene and playing games.

Christmas In Kirtland 2023 Dates & Hours
The Historic Kirtland Nativity Exhibit has been one of the best Christmas attractions in Ohio for nearly 20 years and has brought thousands of visitors from around Ohio and the United States.
The Historic Kirtland Nativity Exhibit will be open to the public from November 26 through December 31, 2023; Monday through Saturday 11am-7pm and Sunday 1pm-7pm. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve 11am-5pm, closed on Christmas Day. Admission is free.
