Did you know that Ohio has a nationally recognized Christmas location? That’s right. The Legendary Lights of Historic Clifton Mill has been named by USA Today as one of the top 10 holiday light displays in the country. Of course, it had to make our magical Christmas towns in Ohio list! With millions of lights, a twinkling light waterfall, a Christmas Village, Toy Collection of Christmas’ past and all of the other awesome holiday celebrations that are held in Clifton, this adorable town is one of the best places to visit for Christmas in Ohio!
Cambridge
Visiting Cambridge, Ohio is an absolute must during the holiday season. During the holidays, Cambridge turns into a historic wonderland complete with a Dickens Victorian Village. Walking downtown Cambridge will transport you to old-world England. Throughout the downtown area, you will find over 90 different scenes representing not only old-world England, but also Victorian Society during the holidays. Being in Cambridge during the holidays will leave you feeling as though you were dropped right into a Dickens’ novel. Does this not sound like the perfect way to celebrate the holidays?
Lebanon
Not only does Lebanon’s historic charm lead to a beautifully lit up and magical Christmas town atmosphere, but it is also home to the Lebanon Horse Drawn Carriage Parade & Christmas Festival. This festival features two parades (daytime and evening), carolers, visits with Santa, North Pole Express train, holiday vendors and more. It is a well known light display that begins with a tunnel of lights that you can drive through! If you have children, this is a must-visit magical Christmas town as we all know how much kids love Christmas lights!

Are you looking for a magical Christmas town in Ohio with a unique twist? Kirtland focuses on the true reason for the season, the birth of Christ, with a Christmas Nativity Scene theme. This town has a holiday display featuring 150,000 Christmas lights and showcasing over 1,000 nativity scenes inspired by holiday traditions from around the world.
