The First Annual Historic Dublin Street Bazaar was held over the weekend along the alleys and streets of Historic Dublin. Organized by the Chelsea Borough Home and the Historic Dublin Business Association (HDBA), this family-friendly event welcomed locals and visitors alike to explore the quaint historic streets of this charming Ohio town. The open-air bazaar included six local food trucks, over 30 artisans and vendors which featured local artists, home décor items, jewelry, photography, and gourmet and specialty food items. Along with the outdoor vendors, the small businesses and restaurants of Historic Dublin were open for visitors to experience the local flair of Dublin. Live Irish-themed entertainment from the Shamrockers of Sunnybrook Studio and Irish Fiddle Fetish provided visitors with the sights and sounds of Dublin. Despite the summer heat, there were plenty of ways to cool down; I enjoyed a few handmade ice pops from Nellie’s Natural Ice Pops, and popped into Chelsea Borough Home and Ha’penny Bridge Imports of Ireland to take refuge from the heat. With talented local artisans and vendors, it was the perfect way to spend a Saturday in Historic Dublin! The First Annual Historic Dublin Street Bazaar was another wonderful event to showcase the charms of Dublin, Ohio!
