Discover Southwest Ohio

Sharing a border with Indiana and Kentucky, there are many great things to do in Southwest Ohio. For starters, Cincinnati is a thriving cultural hub with a growing culinary scene, Major League Baseball, an NFL team, and acres of public space along the Ohio River. Cincinnati is perfect for an action-packed weekend or a quiet romantic getaway.

Elsewhere in Southwest Ohio, my hometown of Springfield offers a small-town getaway with historic options, summer festivals, and even a Frank Lloyd Wright home. Butler County is another great spot for a southwest Ohio getaway or a leisurely Sunday drive along the Butler County Donut Trail. The city of Hamilton was founded in 1791 and is now known as the city of sculpture, thanks to an abundance of public art.  Clifton is another historic town in the region, where you can visit a historic mill that is now a sweets shop and cafe. At Christmastime, the Clifton Mill is lit up with over four million lights!
